Political Intrigues Around Ukraine: Secret Talks, Polish Rhetoric and Azerbaijani Support

Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed holding secret talks with the United States regarding Ukraine, focusing on security guarantees and other key issues. His spokesperson Dmitry Peskov emphasized that these negotiations should be conducted in secret to achieve effective results and avoid public attention.

Russia has made another peace proposal concerning Donbas, although the details remain undisclosed. At the same time, U.S. political leader Donald Trump has expressed willingness to facilitate dialogue and a meeting between the Ukrainian and Russian presidents, though significant differences remain.

The Ukrainian negotiation team plans to meet with American representatives in New York to discuss security guarantees and possible conditions for a bilateral meeting of the presidents. The team includes Andriy Yermak and Rustem Umerov.

Azerbaijan has officially expressed its support for Ukraine’s territorial integrity and is preparing to supply arms to Kyiv. The country’s leadership condemned any forms of separatism and emphasized the unity of state borders.

At the same time, Russia is facing economic and infrastructural difficulties, including explosions at oil facilities and financial issues at Roscosmos. New strict regulations on SIM card distribution and mandatory placement of IT specialists are being introduced.
