Charity draw of contemporary Ukrainian art raises funds for Armed Forces: results and winners

A charity raffle of 25 works by 17 contemporary Ukrainian artists was held to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Winners announced.

A major charity raffle of contemporary Ukrainian art was held to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The organizers raffled off 25 artworks by 17 prominent Ukrainian artists, including Zhenia Lisniak, Masha Reva, Hamlet Zinkivsky, Oleksandr Chekmeniov, Oleksii Sai, Kostiantyn Polishchuk, Roma Mykhailov, Artem Prud, Serhii Maidukov, Oleksii Kandakov, Olena Zaretska, Mila Sadovska, Serhii Stepanov, Mykhailo Atamanchuk, Dmytro Tsei, and Anatolii Kryvolap.

The draw took place via the Monobank and PayPal platforms, involving 2,869 participants who made nearly 4,000 contributions (with a total of 712,000 chances to win in Monobank and 8,070 in PayPal, proportional to the number of donations). Winners were determined automatically and randomly, emphasizing that even small donations gave a real chance to win.

The main prizes went to Mykhailo H. (four paintings by Zhenia Lisniak), Andrii G. (work by Masha Reva), Andrii Kabakov (Hamlet Zinkivsky's clock), Olena S. (Oleksandr Chekmeniov's work). Other notable winners include Nikita P., Serhii S., Viktor K., Dmytro Sha, Lena Bibik, Yulia Zhukova, Viktor Kurylyk, Mariia Maryniuk, and other donors.

The funds raised will be used to purchase equipment for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, notably for aerial reconnaissance and special vehicles. Raffle winners receive both valuable pieces of art and recognition for their support during a critical period for Ukraine.
