On October 13, Valerii Klochk discusses the day's key events: During his visit to Israel, Donald Trump announced the official end of the Israel-Hamas war. He also stated that he would now focus more on Russia-related issues and is sending 'Vitkov' for negotiations regarding the war in Ukraine. Trump plans to meet with Volodymyr Zelensky on October 17.

Meanwhile, explosions continue in Crimea: drones from the SBU and Special Operations Forces of Ukraine have struck several energy facilities, including the Feodosiya Sea Oil Terminal and the Kafa substation. There are reports of a large fire and power outages.

In Russia, threats have emerged toward Trump in response to the possible transfer of American missiles to Ukraine. Former President Medvedev posted that if 'Tomahawks' are used, the responsibility will lie with the United States.

European leaders, including Kaja Kallas, warn about the possibility of a Russian war against Europe any moment. The EU has allocated €10 million for a special tribunal to investigate Russia's crimes in Ukraine. The head of German intelligence also does not rule out a Russian attack in the near future.

A new law has come into force in Russia, allowing reservists to be engaged in combat operations abroad. Analysts consider this a sign that the Kremlin might be preparing for new aggressive actions.

In Israel, Trump was honored as the 'best friend' of Israel; his candidacy was proposed for the Nobel Peace Prize. Trump stated he is preparing a peace plan for Ukraine as well.

In Ukraine, political discussions continue: According to a KIIS poll, 45% of Ukrainians do not want either Zelensky or Poroshenko to remain in politics after the war. Analysts highlight the emergence of new political figures.
