President Volodymyr Zelensky has expressed readiness to sign the US-Ukrainian agreement proposed by Donald Trump, according to presidential aide Andriy Yermak via Axios. The signing may take place during a visit to Washington.

Meanwhile, peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia are being held in Abu Dhabi with US mediation. Ukraine is represented by the head of military intelligence Kyrylo Budanov, and the US by Army Minister Driscoll. The Russian side includes intelligence chiefs Naryshkin and Kostyukov. The goal is to achieve stable peace in Ukraine. US officials note some details still require coordination.

Moscow has stated it may reject the deal if it does not reflect previous Anchorage (Alaska) agreements. European nations insist on including their security interests in the document. British officials emphasize the need for a finalized deal coordinated with allies.

Discussions also continue about the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ strength, with 800,000 personnel now agreed upon. The IAEA noted that in the event of peace, the Zaporizhzhia NPP may require special international status and energy supply agreements between Ukraine and Russia.

On the military front, a missile attack on Kyiv has killed 7 and injured over 20. Ukrainian armed forces struck a Russian plant in Taganrog, destroying A-60 and A-100 aircraft, seriously impacting Russian military aviation.
