According to the expert, despite such rhetoric, Orban remains in the EU and benefits from its financial support. While his position undermines the stability of European institutions, the expert urges Europe to adapt its approaches to meet these challenges.
At the same time, American media are discussing corruption within the US administration, which some consider comparable to Ukraine’s. The expert states it is incorrect to compare levels of corruption and argues that efforts to combat it in Ukraine are weak. He identifies government procurement as the main area of abuse, which is widespread across various sectors.
On the future of international alliances, the expert points to the UK's precedent in independently creating a joint expeditionary force. He stresses that Ukraine must pursue additional military-political alliances to reduce its reliance on US support.
When considering the possibility of an alliance among the US, Russia, and China, the expert rules out a real union, especially between the US and China, since the countries remain strategic competitors. He admits a possible situational partnership between the US and Russia aimed at countering China, but the goals of the parties are too different for long-term cooperation.
