For instance, a bakery owner who appealed to the authorities for help had to close the business despite government promises.
The economic situation in Russia continues to deteriorate, with war-related consequences now felt widely across the population. "Tactical poverty" is the new reality for many businesses. Experts explain: all Russians bear the cost of war, even if not directly involved.
